Agreement given by a creditor to a debtor waiving a default subject to certain terms and conditions.

This agreement is given by a creditor to a debtor after the debtor is in default under the terms of a credit agreement. The creditor agrees to waive the default (the creditor will not employ the rights triggered by the default) so long as the debtor agrees to certain terms and conditions.
