This is a comprehensive agreement betweeen a prime contractor and a subcontractor whereby the two parties agree to work together to present a joint proposal for a project. The agreement includes provisions regarding how each team member will conduct itself, rights of each party, post-proposal tasks, competition, compensation if the proposal is accepted, etc.
