Agreement between an independent sales agent and seller by which the sales agent sells products of the seller. In this agreement, the sales agent does not have an exclusive territory.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
