Agreement among a homeowner, a mortgage lender and a purchaser of the home allowing the purchaser to assume the existing mortgage on the home. In this agreement the original homeowner is released from all further obligations under mortgage.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
