Agreement between a licensor and licensee permitting licensee to make use of a right-of-way (licensee can travel across licensor's property). This agreement is similar to the grant of right-of-way except here the licensee will pay the licensor a monthly or annual fee for the right.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
