This agreement is between a Landlord and it's Tenant's Lender by which the Landlord agrees to notify the Lender of a default by Tenant under the lease.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
