General Undertaking Agreement (Canada)
Agreement by which one Party undertakes (promises) to another Party to do something.
General form of Undertaking by which one Party undertakes (promises) to another Party to do something. For example, one party may promise not to oppose the other party's application for building permit. There must be something given by the Party receiving the Undertaking (party benefiting from the Undertaking) to the party giving the Undertaking for the Undertaking to be valid.
