An assignment of an Internet domain name is an agreement where the owner of a domain name (i.e. XYZ.com) transfers his/her rights in the domain name to another party. This form is designed for the transfer of all of the rights in the domain name, meaning that the owner, after executing the assignment, will no longer have any rights in and to the domain name.
