This is an assignment agreement whereby a party to an installment sales contract (the Assignor) assigns the contract to another party (the Assignee). Under this agreement, the Assignor gives the Assignee full recourse against the seller of the goods.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
