Agreement between two parties agreeing to the establishment and use of a Mutual Right-of-Way. The right-of-way allows the parties to traverse the other's property by foot or in a vehicle.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
