This agreement is to be used by a property owner who is retaining a licensed real estate agent. The property owner is retaining the agent to sell the specified property only. The agreement includes provisions covering the appointment, compensation, delegation of responsiblities, term and many more. This form is desinged for those situations where the real estate agent is receiving a variable commission for his/her services.
