Whenever you sell or buy any personal property from another person, you should document the transaction in writing. Using this form can avoid potential problems later. It can help both the Seller and Buyer to protect their rights and is useful to both for tax and other accounting purposes. This form includes warranties made by the seller to the buyer regarding title and ownership of the good being transferred.
